Farah Sim

Co-Founder

Farah combines a background in international trade with practical entrepreneurial experience. She holds a BBA in Trade Management for Asia and has lived, studied and worked across Indonesia, Japan and China. These experiences gave her a strong understanding of different cultures, business practices and the relationships that drive cross-border business.

She later founded her own children's clothing brand in the Netherlands, gaining hands-on experience in product development, sourcing, production and bringing products to market.

At SIMS Trading, she leads sourcing and supplier relationships, working directly with manufacturers and brand owners to identify products with strong potential in the European market.

Henry Sim

Co-Founder

Henry combines hands-on entrepreneurial experience with a strong focus on operations, partnerships and process. He holds a BSc in Applied Psychology, and before moving into business he spent time living and working across Argentina, Mongolia and Japan. Volunteering and studying abroad taught him to work with people from very different backgrounds and build trust.

He gained experience at Google in Dublin, working in quality, policy and an international environment, before founding, building and successfully selling his own company.

At SIMS Trading, he leads operations and commercial partnerships, creating clear processes, practical agreements and long-term relationships that support products as they enter the European market.
